1. Services
Beacon Plumbing & Drain provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Houston, TX and surrounding areas. All services are performed by licensed and insured plumbing professionals. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
2. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Actual costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and unforeseen complications. We will communicate any changes to the estimate before performing additional work.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship. Labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and fixtures as provided by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
5. Limitation of Liability
Beacon Plumbing & Drain is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
